The Archibald – Gosford

JSBC Consulting delivered the structural engineering for this landmark Gosford development. This now completed project features two striking twin towers over a shared podium. We engineered a robust raft slab on piles to overcome a high water table and resulting hydrostatic pressures. Addtionally we used adavaced engineering software to design the transfer slab.

Prime Macquarie Park

Delivering structural excellence at scale, JSBC engineered this massive four-tower, 22-storey mixed-use precinct. Our standout achievement? Designing an iconic, multi-storey structural tripod to support an entire high-rise tower. One City Square

Engineering a “city within a city.” JSBC delivered the complex structural design for this 62,800 square metre masterplanned precinct. We integrated a 42-storey tower, a 22-storey residential tower with sweeping cantilevered balconies, and a twelve storey hotel with a rooftop pool, all supported over a colonnaded podium and a five level deep basement.

11-17 Columbia Lane

Delivering high-density structural excellence. JSBC engineered the framework for this major residential precinct featuring 360 apartments across twin 25-storey towers. 52 Odea Avenue Waterloo

Winner of a 2019 Award of Excellence for Best Tall Building. JSBC engineered this highly diverse, 345-apartment precinct across three unique buildings. Vivacity Stage 2

A milestone in JSBC Consulting’s history, Vivacity Stage 2 features 584 apartments across six towers (up to thirty storeys) and a seven level commercial building. Transforming the Darrell Lea confectionery factory site into a massive residential community. JSBC delivered structural engineering for this sprawling precinct, featuring 534 apartments across four towers, 20 townhouses, and a heavily landscaped common podium. Railway Parade Carlton

Stage 1 features a completed five storey commercial building engineered to support a landscaped rooftop terrace.
